Automatically collected
We do not use third-party analytics platforms, advertising networks, or tracking pixels. Our website and portal are hosted on Cloudflare's network; Cloudflare may collect anonymized, aggregate traffic data per their own privacy policy. Portal session data is stored in Cloudflare's managed database and KV storage infrastructure.

Our website and portal are served exclusively over HTTPS via Cloudflare's network. Portal sessions are authenticated using short-lived JSON Web Tokens delivered via secure, httpOnly cookies. File storage uses Cloudflare R2 with access controlled by session authentication. As a managed IT services firm, security is central to how we build and operate our own systems. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
